Organic Garden

We are proud to say that we have our own organic vegetable garden on site, maintained by us and used in the guest menu. No herbicides or pesticides are used in the cultivation of vegetables.
The garden sits on a 500m2 field directly besides the hotel. In 2015, we began the cultivation of vegetables to provide the hotel restaurant and our guests with fresh products for their meals -- according to availability. The privilege of our land is that it has never been exposed to chemicals, as it has never been cultivated before. The products are only seasonal and our farmer works hand in hand with our chef to provide an original “farm to table” experience.
Guests are welcomed to visit the field and choose the ingredients for their salad.
